I practice with the Tamura Method which is a blend of supportive touch and parts work. It was developed 40 years ago by a psychotherapist named Wynn Tamura, who discovered a more direct way to unlock the hurt of the inner child. He describes this inner child hurt as that which causes us to be stuck in limiting beliefs, addictions, toxic relationships.
